Cloud Services & Azure for Tri-Cities Businesses
Move servers, desktops, and device management to Microsoft’s cloud, planned around your business and managed by a local team.
The cloud, without the guesswork
An aging server in the closet, a team that works from home part of the week, a second office that needs the same systems: these are the moments when Microsoft Azure makes sense. Azure can replace on-site hardware, give your team secure access from anywhere, and let us manage every company device from one place.
But not everything belongs in the cloud, and cloud costs can creep up without anyone noticing. We help you decide what should move, build it the right way, and keep it secure and cost-effective. We work with businesses across Richland, Kennewick, Pasco, and the surrounding region. See all the areas we serve.

When the cloud makes sense
Your server is due for replacement, and you’d rather not buy another one
Your team works remotely, travels, or splits time between locations
You have more than one office that needs the same systems and files
You need to secure company laptops and phones, including ones that leave the building
You’d prefer a predictable monthly cost over large hardware purchases
How a cloud project works
Assess what you have
We review your servers, applications, devices, and how your team works, and recommend what should move.
Plan and build
We design your Azure environment with security and cost in mind, then build and test it before anything moves.
Migrate and manage
We move your systems with minimal disruption, then monitor, secure, and manage everything going forward.
Cloud and Azure questions we hear often
Should we move our server to the cloud?
Often, but not always. It depends on your applications, your internet connection, and your costs over time. We’ll give you an honest comparison of replacing the server versus moving to Azure.
Is the cloud more secure than an on-site server?
It can be, when it’s configured correctly. Microsoft secures its data centers, but your settings, accounts, and access controls still have to be set up right. That’s the part we handle.
What is Azure Virtual Desktop?
It’s a Windows desktop that runs in Microsoft’s cloud. Your team logs in from any computer and gets the same desktop, apps, and files, while company data stays secure in Azure instead of on the device.
What do Entra ID and Intune do?
Entra ID manages who your users are and how they sign in. Intune manages the devices they use. Together, they let us secure accounts and company devices from anywhere, without anyone needing to be in the office.
Is the cloud cheaper?
Sometimes. It removes hardware purchases and replacement cycles, but it adds a monthly cost. We’ll show you the real numbers so you can decide based on facts, not hype.
