Technology decisions are business decisions

When to replace aging computers, whether to move to the cloud, how to budget for next year, what a new office will need: these choices affect your costs, your security, and how your team works. They deserve someone who understands both the technology and your business. Our virtual CIO (vCIO) services give you that strategic guidance without the cost of a full-time executive.

And when it’s time to act, our team does the work. We plan, coordinate, and deliver projects for businesses across Richland, Kennewick, Pasco, and the surrounding region. See all the areas we serve.

IT consulting questions we hear often

What is a vCIO?

A virtual Chief Information Officer. It’s strategic technology leadership, like planning, budgeting, and advising on big decisions, provided as a service instead of a full-time hire.

How early should we involve you in an office move?

As early as possible, ideally while you’re still choosing a space. Internet service, cabling, and phone systems can take weeks to arrange, and early planning prevents a rough first week in the new office.

Can you help us budget for next year?

Yes. We’ll review the age and condition of your equipment, your licensing, and upcoming projects, then build a budget so there are no surprises.

Do you handle the project work, or just the planning?

Both. We plan the project and our team carries it out, from installing equipment to moving data and training your staff.

Do you work with businesses outside the Tri-Cities?

Yes. We’re based in Richland and work with businesses within about 150 miles, including Walla Walla, Yakima, Sunnyside, and Hermiston, Oregon.

Have a project coming up?

Tell us what’s ahead, and we’ll help you plan it, budget for it, and get it done right.
